Wildflower Honey by Hill Top Hives

Collected from hives on Dragonfly Farm, South Gippsland this light in colour and flavour golden yellow honey is harvested from Gippsland bees. Gippsland bees gather nectar from the wildflowers such as clover in the pastures surrounding the farm.

Hill Top Hives are a small local producer of pure raw honey from the apiaries around the green rolling hills, forests and coastal areas of South Gippsland. The honey is cold extracted to retain and maximise the health benefits of costuming raw honey.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250ml by Tarago Olives

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a robust and peppery flavour, perfect for those who love a strong flavoured oil.  Tarago olives are harvested from Tarago Olive Farm in West Gippsland and the olives are cold pressed on site.

Established in 1996 by Sam Cabbabe, Tarago Olives is a privately owned and operated boutique olive grove in West Gippsland, Australia – a premium olive producing region. Situated on the hill overlooking the Tarago Reservoir, Tarago Olives has 1200 olive trees, of the Nevadillo, Manzanillo and Frantoio varieties. The olives are harvested between May-July, by hand in small batches.  The trees are combed and the olives gathered, washed, crushed, kneaded and the pumice separated and removed from the oil.  Cold pressing occurs as soon as the olives are picked, to produce the finest tasting olive oil.
